Plastic Extrusion Machinery Terms & conditions
1. Plastic Extrusion Machinery Training and services
1) Instruction of field installation.
2) Equipment field debugging and trial run if required by the buyer according to the rule.
3) Training on field operation and maintenance for customer's personnel.
4) Provide technical consultation service on long-term basis.
2. Plastic Extrusion Machinery Installation and debugging
When the machine arrives at site, the customer should install it on the appropriate position according to the specifications provided by the supplier; and then the supplier should send its engineers to the site if requirement approved,in order to instruct the customer about trial run and debugging. The customer should provide necessary conditions for trial run and provide materials for trial run, and should decide the processing conditions in trial run with consideration of the supplier's opinions.
1) The price covers the pre-commissioning of the machinery before shipment at Seller's site. The Seller is obliged to test the performance of machinery.
2) The Buyer is obliged to provide suitable space, tools and manpower for the commissioning of the order.
3) This Price does not included commission and installation in buyer’s factory.
3. Plastic Extrusion Machinery Pricing
1) The above mentioned quotation is valid within 30 days counted from the issue date of quotation.
2) The price and machinery configuration should be updated and confirmed by the Seller in the case that the quotation has been beyond the validity period.
3) The above mentioned quotation is based on Ex-works. Sea transportation and wooden case packing is excluded.
4) The price does not cover the cost of testing material. The testing material will be supplied by the Buyer. Or the Seller will purchase the material as requested by the Buyer at Buyer's cost.
5) The price does not include the cost of commissioning at Buyer's site.
6) The Seller reserves the right to modify the specification and design of the machine in order to enhance the product quality.
4. Plastic Extrusion Machinery Terms of payment
1) T/T and L/C (irrevocable, at sight) both are acceptable.
2) 35% of the total contract value should be paid in advance, balance 65% of the total value is to be paid before shipping at the Seller’s factory.
5. Plastic Extrusion Machinery Time of delivery
1) When the contract becomes valid, the machine should be delivered within 45 days since receipt of the advance payment. And the equipment will be in normal operation after debugging within two weeks after arrival.
2) During production, provided that the Buyer requests to modify the specification of the order, the Buyer shall notify the Seller of this modification in written form. Upon receipt of the notice, the Seller will quote to the Buyer the cost of this modification and notify the Buyer of any possible delay due to this modification.
6. Plastic Extrusion Machinery Guarantee clause
1) Guarantee is 1 year (excluding human factor and wearing parts).
2) Under proper working conditions, 12 months from the date of completion of commissioning at the buyer's site, and should be at the latest within 14 months from the issuing date of Bill of Lading.
